At 9GAG SHOP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your fresh gear. If your order doesn't bring you joy or fit quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and free of any memes—or stains.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
